In 2018, risk management and safety/duty of care remains a major issue when sourcing hotels for travelers. Hotels are exposed to various levels of man-made and natural risks such as fire, weather, food poisoning, fraud, cyber security, active shooter incidents, and terrorism. In this session, we will present a toolkit of hotel safety and security resource materials which will assist GBTA corporate hotel buyers and individual business travelers.
